the role:

As a Customer Success Manager you will make sure the journey of our customers is beyond expectations.

  • You analyse deeply the customers’ needs in order to implement the best solution;
  • You’re responsible for your own portfolio of clients;
  • Help the clients to get the best customer journey (give workshops, demo’s and support);
  • You’ll stand by our clients from the onboarding until the go-live;
  • You do the follow up of the ongoing projects, in a clear structured way;
  • You communicate with all internal and external stakeholders and provide customers feedback to the Product Owner.

You:

We look for a proactive person with both commercial and analytical skills.

You bring also plenty positive vibes to the table.

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Native Spanish and Fluent in English;
  • Willingness to be abroad for 30% of your working time;
  • Project management skills;
  • Master/Bachelor with minimum 4 years of working experience;
  • You're willing to invest in your knowledge of business and technical matters

We’re based in one of the most known streets in Brussels; Avenue Louise. The nearest metro is 5 minutes’ walk. We’re surrounded by nice places to have lunch.
