Your journey at URBANTZ:

As a Business Development Executive, you will have tangible impact on the business by growing our new customer base and creating long term value for the organization and customers in Germany.

You will be working closely with our Inside Sales Representatives and engage with a wide range of prospects, their key stakeholders and uncover new account opportunities.

  • You will identify business opportunities and define the go-to market strategy
  • You will acquire the knowledge to become an expert in our SaaS solution
  • You will constantly look for new ways to close deals and build client partnerships
  • You will clarify strategic and operational goals with customers during negotiation;
  • You will carry out the handover to our product expert team upon signing

About You:

Your drive is to close business deals and you’re willing to go the extra mile to reach that goal.

  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English
  • You are result-driven, you want to hit targets and exceed them
  • You have excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • You have 3 to 6 years of experience in negotiating and closing deals
  • You like to celebrate the results with your team and encourage them to grow

Experience in B2B SaaS software sales is a big plus.
