Your journey at URBANTZ

As the Inside Sales Teamlead you will help building a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. You will:

  • Develop a great knowledge of our products and services
  • Influencing/motivating team to drive in sales
  • Implement targets for the team
  • Analysing and monitoring & reporting sales performance
  • Making sure that the team is aware of new updates

You’ll work closely with our Business Development Executive team and VP Sales.

About you

As a Inside Sales Manager, you bring plenty of positive vibes to the table & your motivation is contagious.

  • You already have experience in a similar position.
  • You have great people communication skills
  • You are familiar with CRM and MS Office softwares
  • You are target driven and highly motivated
  • You are displaying advanced knowledge of sales

You also have an interest in technology and/or logistics.
